  • 2 shots espresso, freshly brewed or ½ a cup of warm dark roast coffee
  • ¾ cup oat milk use whole milk if not vegan or dairy-free
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon low sugar caramel syrup

  • Begin by brewing your espresso or coffee.
  • While the espresso or coffee is brewing, warm your milk either on the stove or in the microwave. We like to microwave the milk for about a minute. If you don't have a microwave, warm it in a small saucepan on the stove for about 2-5 minutes or until the milk is warm but not boiling.
  • Next, froth your milk with the vanilla extract using either a milk frother or a small whisk. You may also skip this step.
  • Pour the warm milk into your cup. Add the espresso or coffee. To make this extra creamy, option to add a dollop of vegan whipped cream on top. Drizzle the top with caramel syrup and enjoy warm.
