  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter regular or plant-based
  • cup apple butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ½ cup regular or gluten-free all purpose flour
  • a pinch of salt

How To Make Cinnamon Apple Butter Bread

  • Begin by preheating the oven to 375. Grease a large non-stick loaf pan with oil or baking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the applesauce, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, apple butter, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together. Add the flour and a pinch of salt and mix until the batter is well combined.
  • Transfer the batter into your greased loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until the bread has fully risen through the center and you can insert a toothpick into the center and it comes out clean.
  • Serve warm, sliced, and spread with butter, apple butter, or drizzled with maple syrup.
