Preheat the oven to 375. Prepare your flax eggs in a small mixing bowl by mixing the flax seed meal and warm water together. Set this aside until a gel forms.
In your large mixing bowl, mix the mashed ripe bananas, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, almond or oat milk, and flax eggs together.
Add the oat flour and coconut flour and mix until a thick batter forms. Transfer the batter into a greased metal loaf pan and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the bread is completely cooked through.
While the banana bread bakes, use an electric hand mixer or whisk to mix together the powdered sugar, melted butter, vegan cream cheese, and cinnamon to make the cream cheese frosting. Spread this over the loaf once it's cooled for a few minutes and enjoy cooled or warm.
