Easy Oatmeal Waffle Recipe Instructions

  • This recipe is so quick and easy to make! Start by preheating your waffle iron so it's nice and hot.
  • Add your rolled oats, milk, baking powder, and banana into a blender. Option to add in vanilla, cinnamon, and/or maple syrup to give the waffles a delicious sweet flavor.
  • Blend the ingredients together until the batter is silky smooth. Let it sit for 2 minutes to thicken. Spray your waffle iron with non-stick spray and then pour about ⅕ of the batter onto the waffle iron. Cook the waffle until crisp and then remove it from the waffle iron. Repeat until you've used all of the waffle batter. You should have about 5-6 full sized waffles or 10-12 small waffles.
  • Note: When cooking the waffles, be careful not to open the waffle iron before the waffle is done cooking or the waffle will separate in half.
  • Serve the waffles topped with berries and drizzled with maple syrup or peanut butter.
