Healthy Banana Cream Pie Filling

  • 2 cup plain and unsweetened yogurt use regular or non-dairy
  • 1 ½ cup whipped cream use regular or non-dairy
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced into ½ inch thick slices

How To Make Healthy Banana Cream Pie

  • Begin by slicing the bananas and placing them evenly along a dish.
  • Next, make the graham cracker pie crumble for the banana cream pie. Crush the graham cracker cookies and then pour them into a medium bowl. Add the melted butter or coconut oil, sugar, and mix.
  • Crumble the graham cracker pie crust over the bananas.
  • Make the healthy banana cream pie filling by mixing the yogurt with the whipped cream. Pour this mixture over the graham cracker crust and top with banana slices.
  • Cover and let this sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours. To serve, use a spoon to scoop out a portion into a small dessert bowl and enjoy cool!
