  • 2-3 overripe mashed bananas
  • ¼ cup melted butter regular or vegan
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup sugar, brown sugar, or coconut sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup milk regular or vegan
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 cups regular or gluten-free all purpose flour
  • ½ cup oats

How To Make Honey Banana Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 375. Grease your loaf or cake pan with butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork. Then, mix the milk, honey, melted butter, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt together. Add the flour in little by little and then the oats. Mix until a batter is formed.
  • Transfer the batter into the greased baking pan and bake for 45-50 minutes for a loaf and 30 minutes for a cake pan.
  • Serve warm spread with warm soft butter. Enjoy!
