In a mixing bowl, mix the milk, butter, lemon juice, sugar, and lemon extract (if using). Add the baking powder and baking soda and mix. The mixture is going to begin to fizz and grow, so quickly add your flour and begin to mix until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in the blueberries and spoon the batter into 16 greased silicone donut molds. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until they've completely risen.
