S'mores Banana Bread Recipe Instructions
Begin by preheating the oven to 375. Line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl use a fork to mash 3 overripe bananas. Add the non-dairy milk, melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and whisk until completely combined. Then, add the almond flour and regular flour and mix until a silky (but lumpy) batter is formed.
Fold in the marshmallows and vegan chocolate chips. Transfer the batter into the lined loaf pan. Top with more marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the loaf is completely cooked through. If you notice about halfway through that the marshmallows are beginning to brown - loosely drape a piece of aluminum foil over the top of the banana bread.
Remove the pan from the oven and allow the smores banana bread to cool completely before slicing and serving.
