Vegan Gingerbread Protein Smoothie

  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tablespoon non-dairy plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup plus more for extra sweetness
  • ½ overripe frozen banana

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • a tiny pinch of nutmeg and cloves optional (for a spicier shake)

Instructions
 

Vegan Gingerbread Protein Smoothie

  • Pour the oats, maple syrup, non-dairy yogurt, protein powder, frozen banana, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, a tiny tiny pinch of nutmeg and cloves(optional), and oat milk into the blender and blend until creamy. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for 24-48 hours until ready to enjoy!
