Gingerbread Protein Shake Ingredients

  • Oats: To make this gingerbread protein smoothie filling and give it a cozy taste that will remind you of a gingerbread cookie, we add oats.
  • Yogurt: To make this gingerbread protein shake super creamy, we add a little bit of non-dairy yogurt. If you are not vegan, you can use regular plain unsweetened yogurt.

  • Banana: The frozen banana is what makes this vegan protein smoothie super filling and creamy.
