Apple Blueberry Crisp Ingredients

  • 2 sweet apples, diced I used honeycrisp
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats or quick oats
  • 3 tablespoon melted regular or vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoon organic cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional

Apple Blueberry Crisp Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375. Spray your baking dish with non-stick baking spray.
  • Add your diced apples and pour them into your dish. Add the blueberries on top. Then, add the oats on top. Add the sugar and butter on top and option to sprinkle cinnamon.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the oats are golden and crisp. Serve the Apple Blueberry Crisp warm on its own or serve it on top of a bowl of yogurt for breakfast or ice cream for dessert.
