Ingredients
  

Chocolate Chip Cookie Yogurt Bark Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced into ½ inch thick slices
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted use regular or vegan
  • 2 cups plain and unsweetened yogurt regular or non-dairy
  • 4 chocolate chip cookies we used Tate's
  • chocolate chips for sprinkling on top

Instructions
 

Chocolate Chip Cookie Yogurt Bark

  • Slice the bananas and place them evenly onto a baking sheet that has been lined with wax paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and then drizzle the chocolate over the banana slices. You may need to add 1-2 tbsps of oil to your chocolate chips to help them melt.
  • Add the yogurt on top and spread evenly. Crush the cookies and layer them onto the yogurt. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours. Carefully cut the bark into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
