  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup regular, almond, or oat milk
  • ¼ cup melted regular or vegan butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cup regular or gluten-free all purpose flour
  • cup chocolate chips

Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375. Grease your metal loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  • Grate your zucchini in your large mixing bowl. Add the milk, butter, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Mix well.
  • Add the flour and mix until a smooth batter is formed. Fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer the batter into the greased metal loaf pan and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the chocolate zucchini bread has risen completely.
  • Remove from the oven and allow it to cool before serving.
