How to Make Cinnamon Roll Donuts

  • Begin by preheating the oven to 350. Grease your silicone donut molds with non-stick baking spray and place them onto a cookie sheet.
  • In a large mixing bowl, use a fork or spoon to mix the milk, melted butter, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla together. Then, add the flour and mix until a smooth batter forms. In a separate mall mixing bowl, combine the cinnamon and brown sugar together. Then, fold it into the batter to create swirls.
  • Fill each silicone donut mold about ⅔ to ¾ of the way full with the cinnamon roll donut batter. Bake the donuts in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack.
  • While the donuts cool, make your cream cheese frosting by mixing the powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and cream cheese together with a whisk or electric hand mixer. Frost your donuts and enjoy.
