Ingredients
  

For the Apples

  • 4 medium apples, sliced we like honeycrisp
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For The Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil regular or vegan butter will work
  • ¼ cup regular flour, oat flour, or gluten free flour If gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.
  • ½ cup sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Dice the apples and then toss them in a bowl with the cinnamon. Pour the apples into a greased 9x11 baking dish and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the oats, melted butter, sugar, and flour together until a crumble forms.
  • Pour the crumble evenly over the apples. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Enjoy warm!
