Grate your zucchini and add it to a bowl with your mashed bananas.
Then, add the sugar, milk, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda to the bowl. Mix well and then add your oat flour and coconut flour. Mix until a thick batter is formed.
Transfer the batter into the greased metal loaf pan and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
