  • 2 cups freshly sliced peaches
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup melted regular or vegan butter or coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • vanilla ice cream or yogurt for serving regular or vegan

Oatmeal Peach Crisp Recipe Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375. Grease your 8-9 inch casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  • Slice your peaches and add them to the baking dish. In a bowl, mix together the oats, melted vegan butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the crumble on top of the peaches and bake in the oven for 35 minutes until the oats are golden brown and begin to bubble. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or yogurt. Enjoy!
