Preheat the oven to 350. Grease your baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, almond milk, and baking powder. Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix until a brownie batter forms. Fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer the brownie batter into the baking pan and then sprinkle the crushed oreo cookies on top. Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes (22 for softer baked brownies and 25 for more crisp).
Remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Option to top them with a simple icing by mixing the powdered sugar and milk together until creamy and drizzling it over the cool brownies. Enjoy!
