Mix well and then add the flour. Mix until a thick oatmeal cobbler batter is formed. Then, pour or scoop the cobbler batter over the berries and peaches.
Bake the cobbler in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the oats are cooked. Then, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to give the cobbler more color. Enjoy warm topped with vegan vanilla ice cream.
