  • 1 ½ cup fresh strawberries plus additional for topping
  • 1 ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla optional
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

Strawberry Waffle Instructions

  • Add the strawberries, oats, milk, and baking powder to your blender. Option to add maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased and hot waffle iron. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the waffle is golden. Remove the waffle from the iron and set it on a plate or wire rack to cool. Repeat this process until all of the batter is used. This recipe should make 4 large waffles or 16 small waffles.
  • Serve the waffles topped with yogurt or whipped cream, maple syrup, and fresh strawberries.
