Jillian (Jill) Glenn is the author and recipe creator of Peanut Butter and Jilly.
Jill began following a plant-based diet several years ago, mostly for health reasons, but also for overall compassion for the planet. She struggled with many of the recipes she found online. Oftentimes, they were complicated, with expensive, obscure, and highly processed ingredients. As a nutrition expert and self proclaimed foodie, Jill sought out to create her own recipes that were low calorie, used whole foods, simple and easy, and absolutely delicious. She began sharing her recipes online and within a year, Peanut Butter and Jilly had a large following and gained the attention of major national brands.
Her readers love her simple, healthy, family-friendly vegan and gluten free recipes. Her goal is to make a vegan cooking and baking easy for everyone and inspire more people to live a plant-based lifestyle. She’d like to help others impact their health and the planet, while making room for the sweet and savory treats she is known for.
