4-Ingredient Gluten Free & Vegan S'mores
These vegan s'mores are comforting, delicious, and super simple! You need about 12 minutes and 4 ingredients! Who says vegans can't have s'mores! Two graham crackers sandwich a fluffy and melty vegan marshmallow. Topped with melty vegan chocolate!
Ingredients
4-Ingredient Gluten Free & Vegan S'mores
- 9 Sheets of graham crackers, broken in half
- 9 large vegan marshmallows
- 2 tablespoon melted vegan butter
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
4-Ingredient Gluten Free & Vegan S'mores
- Preheat oven to 450
- Place 9 crackers onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil, brush with melted butter and top with a marshmallow and additional cracker to make a sandwich
- Bake in the oven for 7 minutes until the marshmallow has melted. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and spoon the melted chocolate over each sandwich. Allow to cool and serve!
