Special Tips From Paul

  • Use Good Tequila: Like in any good cocktail, use a premium spirit for the best drinking experience. We recommend using a top shelf silver tequila or another kind of clear tequila. The brand we used in this Cranberry Christmas Ranch Water is Tequila Komos Anejo Cristalino.
  • Don't Stir: To create the visual layers of red and clear, we must keep the cranberry juice from mixing with the water (decantation). In order to achieve this, we recommend you don't stir your cocktail after slowly pouring the water on top.
  • Fresh Garnish: To add to the aromatics and presentation of your cocktail, use fresh rosemary, lime, and cranberries.
  • Enjoy Promptly: Share this merry cocktail with the ones you love and be ready to make more!
  • Make it Virgin: To make this into a virgin "mocktail", simply leave out the tequila or use a non-alcoholic tequila in place of the silver tequila.
