These everything seasoned homemade potato chips are baked to crispy perfection! They're super easy, healthy, and delicious!

3-Ingredient Everything Homemade Potato Chips
- 2 cup thinly sliced red potatoes
- 4 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- olive oil or avocado oil
Instructions
Oven-Baked Everything Potato Chips
- Preheat oven to 450 Degrees. Slice potatoes as thin as you can get them (about ⅛th of an inch).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, and spray with olive oil spray. You can also use a wire baking rack! Lay the potatoes onto the baking sheet and spray with oil. Season generously with everything seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes or until desired crispiness!
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
Air-Fryer Everything Potato Chips
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Slice the potatoes as thin as you can get them (about ⅛ of an inch).
- Place the sliced potatoes into a bowl, drizzle or spray with olive oil and season generously with everything seasoning.
- Add the everything potato chips to the air fryer and cook for about 8 minutes, shake, and return to the air fryer for another 7 minutes (or until crispy). Enjoy!
