Vegan Gluten Free Peanut Butter Donuts
These fluffy baked peanut butter donuts are covered with melted peanut butter & chocolate. They're soft, moist, and oh so delicious!
Ingredients
Vegan Gluten Free Peanut Butter Donuts
- 1 overripe banana, mashed
- ⅓ cup melted vegan butter
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
- ¾ cup peanut butter powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cup oat flour
Toppings
- ¼ cup melted vegan chocolate chips
- ¼ cup melted peanut butter
Instructions
Vegan Gluten Free Peanut Butter Donuts
- Preheat the oven to 350
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond or oat milk, mashed banana, melted butter, and maple syrup. Then, add the baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, and cinnamon. Next, mix in the peanut butter powder. Finally, mix in the oat flour until combined. Pour the batter into 16-18 donut molds and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Once the donuts are done baking, set them aside to cool. Microwave the peanut butter and the chocolate in two bowls, separately. Then, use a knife to spread the chocolate and the peanut butter over the donuts.
