Vegan Chocolate Oatmeal Brownie Muffins

- 1 ½ cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
- 2 cup quick oats
- ¼ cup melted vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Vegan Chocolate Oatmeal Brownie Muffins
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mix together almond or oat milk, butter, baking powder, and sugar. Then, add the cocoa powder and mix until combined.
- Then, mix in the oats. Finally fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into 6 lined muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes.
