Easy Vegan Pizza Crust (no yeast) Gluten Free

  • Preheat the oven to 400
  • Mix the warm water, melted vegan butter or olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and italian seasonings together. Add the flour and mix until thick dough forms.
  • Form the dough into a round mound and place directly onto a sheet of parchment paper. Roll it into a ⅓ inch thick slab and brush it with melted vegan butter or olive oil. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, add your regular or vegan cheese + pizza toppings and return to the oven for a 2-4 minute broil (watch it to ensure it doesn't burn)! Slice and serve.

I used gf great value all purpose flour. I needed to add a little more water (1/4 cup to dough. I really liked the crust. I adjusted the oven temp to 425F for the last 10 to 15 minutes since cooking at broiling or high temp wouldn't work for me because I have dry itchy skin (mostly on my face) and I read foods cooked on high temp will dry out your skin. This is so easy and is a keeper. I will make it all the time! Thank you
