These Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Vegan Protein Pancakes are absolutely delicious, super easy to make, and will keep you and your family full!

Mix the almond milk, maple syrup, melted vegan butter, vanilla, baking powder, and cinnamon together. Then, add the oats and flour (if using) and mix until a thick batter forms. Option to add a scoop of protein.
Grease a skillet with nonstick spray or vegan butter. Once the butter begins to sizzle and the pan is hot, spoon in 2-3 tbsp of the oatmeal batter. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden on the bottom. Flip and cook until golden on both sides.
