The Best Easy 5 Minute Guacamole
Are you craving homemade guacamole? Y’all this is one of my favorite healthy snacks to munch on and literally everyone loves it! It starts with 2 whole ripe creamy mashed avocados that are loaded with flavor and seasoned to perfection. No cilantro necessary but if you want to add some - feel free to! This is a super easy recipe and you can whip it up in under 5 minutes. You only need 7 simple ingredients and one big bowl! Serve this guac with your favorite tortilla chips (I used grain free tortilla chips from Siete Foods)
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- ⅓ cup diced red onion
- ⅓ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sliced cilantro
- ½ tablespoon sliced jalapeño
- Begin by slicing the avocados in half, peeling, and removing the pitt. Place the avocados into a bowl. Drizzle with the lime juice and use a fork to mash the avocado and lime juice together.
- Then, fold in your sliced onion and tomato. Mix in the cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Option to add cilantro and jalapeño. Serve fresh with your favorite tortilla chips!
