Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries Instructions:

Step 1: Start by slicing those sweet potatoes into ¼ inch fries. Not too thin, or they'll be too crispy.
Step 2: Drizzle those fries with olive oil in a bowl and give them a good toss, ensuring they get all shiny and coated.
Step 3: Pop the fries into the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they're not too crowded. (You might need to do a couple of batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.)
Step 4: Set your air fryer to 400°F and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Halfway through, give the basket a shake or use tongs to flip the fries to ensure even cooking.
Step 5: While those fries are getting all crispy in the air fryer, mix together the cane sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Step 6: Once your fries are done and still hot, toss them in your cinnamon sugar mix. The heat will make the sugar stick nicely, giving them that sweet kick.

What are you dipping them in?

    • Jillian says

It's a coconut milk whipped cream 🙂 I found it in the frozen section of my grocery store with the regular whipped creams!

  2. Ivan says

Can you replace the sugar with stevia?

    • Jillian says

Because stevia is so much sweeter than sugar, I wouldn't recommend this. Instead, I'd recommend using monk fruit sweetener for reduced sugar alternative.
