Frequently Asked Questions

Are these turkey meatballs good for meal prep?

Yes! These meatballs store well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, and they reheat beautifully in the microwave, oven, or air fryer.

What sauce do you recommend with them?

Here is my easy homemade sauce recipe!

Can I freeze turkey meatballs?

Absolutely. After baking, let them cool completely. Freeze in an airtight bag or container for up to 3 months. Reheat straight from frozen or thaw first.

Don’t overmix the meat, and avoid overbaking. The egg, breadcrumbs, and coconut aminos help keep them moist and juicy.
