Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 4 tablespoon warm water
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup melted vegan butter
- ½ cup peanut butter powder
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cup quick oats
- ⅓ cup melted strawberry jelly
- 2 tablespoon melted peanut butter
Instructions
Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oatmeal
- Preheat oven to 350
- Begin by preparing your flax eggs. Mix 2 tablespoon of flaxseed meal with 4 tablespoon of warm water. Set aside
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond milk, coconut sugar, melted vegan butter, peanut butter powder, baking powder, and flax eggs. Add the quick oats and mix until a batter forms. Pour the batter into a 9x11 casserole dish and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
- Top with melted strawberry jelly and peanut butter. Enjoy!
