This vegan pumpkin bread is moist, dense, and so delicious! It's the perfect vegan pumpkin bread recipe that everyone will love whether they're vegan or not! Serve this for a delicious fall breakfast!

Preheat oven to 375
In a large mixing bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, oat or almond milk, maple syrup, sugar or purecane, melted vegan butter, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
Then, add the baking powder and baking soda. Whisk and then quickly mix in the flour until a batter forms. Don't over mix or the bread will be tough.
Pour the batter into a greased 9x5 metal loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
