Chocolate Covered Potato Chips
Take your potato chips to the next level with this easy and fun vegan snack or dessert! I used gluten free potato chips from The Good Crisp Company to pull off this delicious and simple recipe! If you love sweet and salty and everything chocolatey, you will love this tasty vegan and gluten free treat!
- 12 potato chips
- 1 cup melted regular or vegan chocolate chips
- ¼ cup regular or vegan sprinkles
- ¼ cup crushed peanuts
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond milk
- Add the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then heat for 15 more seconds. Repeat at 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until they are completely melted.
- Use a spoon to cover the top of the potato chip with the melted chocolate. Place each chip onto a cookie sheet. Immediately top with your preference of toppings. Allow to cool and enjoy!
