Walnut and Blackberry Salad
This salad is perfect for the summer! It's light, fresh, and slightly sweet. The walnuts add the perfect amount of crunch for a great summer snack or lunch!
- 1 cup ripe blackberries
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ½ cup walnuts
- 4 cup spinach or greens of your choice
- Blend blackberries, avocado oil, salt, pepper, agave, and vinegar together. Pour half of the dressing over 2 cups of spinach and ¼ cup of walnuts for a delicious and fresh salad.
