If the juice of the apples is runny, add 1-2 tablespoon of flour into the skillet to thicken the cobbler filling.
  • In a mixing bowl, make the cobbler batter by adding the milk, butter, maple syrup, baking powder, and vanilla together. Add the flour and oats and mix until smooth. Finally, mix in a pinch of salt.
