Begin by dicing the apples and then tossing them in a bowl with 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 cup monk-fruit sweetener or sugar. Pour the apples into a 9x11 baking dish and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the oats, melted vegan butter, 1/4 cup monk-fruit sweetener or sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and all purpose flour together until a crumble forms. Pour the crumble evenly over the apples. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Enjoy warm!
