These Vegan Apple Cinnamon Waffles are soft and fluffy on the inside, crisp and golden on the outside, and absolutely delicious! Bring your waffle iron to medium heat.

In a medium bowl, mix the almond milk, applesauce, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla together. Then, add the flour and mix until a batter forms.
