- 1 cup frozen cherries use up to 2 cups
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional, for sweetness
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds optional, adds fiber and protein
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup oats
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

- Add 1-2 cups of frozen cherries, maple syrup (if using), almond butter, chia seeds (if using), protein powder, almond milk, oats, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
