Mash the ripe bananas and mix them with the almond milk, baking powder and optional ingredients. Then, mix in the flour. Batter will be slightly lumpy, this is ok!
Heat a skillet to medium and add a little butter. Once the butter is melted and begins to bubble, scoop in 3-4 tbsp of the batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the top and then flip. They should be golden brown!

Posted on: May 20, 2020Hey! Thanks for this recipe. Any tips on how to cook the pancakes in the middle? Or is it simply because of the banana that they don’t? 🙂 x

Posted on: May 20, 2020They should get nice and fluffy, make sure you’re cooking them on a really low temperature so they cook evenly and you can cook them long enough without them burning!

Posted on: May 20, 2020Is it ever possible to use almond flour in place of your delicious recipes. It always says gluten free flour or regular but I am curious as to your thoughts on a grain-free option

Posted on: May 20, 2020Hi Jennifer, generally speaking, almond flour is not a 1:1 substitute for all purpose flour. That being said, I am in the process of developing more recipes with almond flour or coconut flour. Hope this helps!
