These vegan waffles are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. This is a vegan breakfast recipe the whole family will love!
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond or oat milk, mashed banana, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add the all purpose flour and mix until a batter forms.
Heat your waffle iron to high, option to spray with coconut oil, butter, or olive oil spray.
Scoop about 3 tbsp of batter into a waffle iron. Cook 2-3 min or until golden on each side. This recipe makes about 8-12 waffles.

Posted on: September 9, 2020On your waffle recipe your directions don’t match your ingredient list. I’m assuming you mix all ingredients listed then cook in waffle iron then put the maple syrup on top.

Posted on: September 9, 2020Can I replace some of the flower with protein powder, if so how much?
Jillian Glenn
Posted on: September 9, 2020Hi Georgiana, I’ve never done that in this recipe but if I was to try, I’d replace 2 or 3 tablespoons of the flour with the protein powder. Hope this helps!
