
Preheat oven to 375
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the almond milk, maple syrup, vegan butter, flax eggs, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.
Stir in the oats and oat flour and pour the batter into 8 lined muffin cups. I like to spray my muffin liners with a little baking spray to keep them from sticking.
Bake for 20 minutes!
