Vegan Chocolate Chip Donuts Recipe


2 cups flour
1/4 cup melted vegan butter
1 1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350. In one bowl, mix butter, sugar, almond milk, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix in flour then fold in chocolate chips. Pour into 12 silicon donut molds or muffin tins. Bake 20-25 minutes until they are lightly golden.
