Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Donuts
These vegan chocolate donuts are as fluffy and delicious as they are easy to bake! This will be a staple on your family's breakfast or dessert table!
Ingredients
Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Donuts
- 1 ¼ cup almond or oat milk
- ¼ cup melted vegan butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour If gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.
- ¼ cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Donuts
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond or oat milk, melted butter, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Then, mix in the flour until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into 16 greased silicone donut molds. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
