Ingredients
  

Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Donuts

  • 1 ¼ cup almond or oat milk
  • ¼ cup melted vegan butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour If gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.
  • ¼ cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Donuts

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond or oat milk, melted butter, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Then, mix in the flour until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into 16 greased silicone donut molds. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

      You're welcome! We usually eat them all before there is a need to freeze 🙂 But I would imagine they should freeze well.

    These taste EXACTLY like the choc chip muffin tops from Panera bread! I used regular milk, organic all purpose flour and melted regular butter. My kids loved them!
