Prepare the Dough. In a large bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, maple syrup, salt, and almond milk. Then, sprinkle yeast over the mixture evenly and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes.

Mix in flour just until mixed and a dough forms. Cover the dough in the bowl with plastic wrap. Let it sit for 1 hour.

Then, lay the dough onto a floured surface. If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour. If you're using gluten free flour, it might be a little more difficult to work with. Roll it out into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

Spread your filling ingredients starting with softened butter, sugar, and berries onto the dough and then roll into a log.

Cut the log into 12 pinwheels and place them into a baking dish. Cover the dish with plastic and allow the rolls to rise for 30 minutes to an hour.

Then, preheat your oven to 350.

Uncover the rolls and bake for 45-50 minutes until the dough is golden and the berries are bubbling.

Spread the mixed vegan cream cheese frosting over the rolls and enjoy warm!
