Strawberry Baked Oats Ingredients

  • Milk: You may use regular unsweetened oat or almond milk in these strawberry baked oats. If you are not vegan or dairy-free, you can use regular milk.
  • Butter: Use melted vegan butter or coconut oil in these strawberry baked oats. If you are not vegan or dairy-free, you can use regular butter.
  • Strawberries: I recommend using freshly chopped strawberries in this recipe. You can also use frozen strawberries, but I recommend thawing them first.
  • Sugar: We use a small amount of regular cane sugar or purecane sugar-free substitute to sweeten these oats.
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Baking Powder: Baking powder will help the oats get nice and fluffy.
  • Red Food Coloring: To give these strawberry oats a pretty pink color, I recommend using red food dye. Here is a link to a plant-based brand that I like!
  • Oats: Use regular or gluten-free old fashioned oats or quick oats.

Is it possible to make this recipe in an 8x8 pan vs the 4 ramekins? Or maybe an overnight oats version in mason jars?

    • Jillian Glenn says

Absolutely! An 8x8 pan would work well!
