Christmas Sprinkle Glazed Vegan Donuts
These vegan donuts are cakey, moist, and so delicious! They're loaded with Christmas sprinkles for a fun, festive, and family-friendly vegan recipe that everyone will love during the holidays! They're glazed with an easy vegan vanilla glaze. These vegan donuts only take 25 minutes to bake and use simple ingredients! Happy Baking Season!
Ingredients
Christmas Sprinkle Glazed Vegan Donuts
- 1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
- ¼ cup melted vegan butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup Vegan Sprinkles
- 2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour If gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.
Easy Vegan Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond or oat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Christmas Sprinkle Glazed Vegan Donuts
- Preheat the oven to 350
- In a mixing bowl, mix the almond milk, melted vegan butter, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda. Then, add the flour and mix until a batter forms. Be careful not to over-mix the batter. Fold in the vegan sprinkles and spoon the batter into 14-16 greased donut molds. Don't over-fill the molds!
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. While baking, use a whisk or electric hand mixer to mix the icing ingredients. Allow the donuts to cool and spoon the glaze over them. Enjoy!
