In the south, we love biscuits! Buttermilk biscuits made a constant appearance on my table. Whether we were enjoying them with jam and butter for breakfast, having them as a side dish to a delicious salad at lunch, or soaking them up in gravy at dinner, they were always around. One of my favorite recipes growing up was vegan drop biscuits. They are just so simple! No kneading the dough, no cutting it out on a floured surface. Just mix it in a bowl, drop it on a baking sheet, and BAM- biscuits!
