Hi there! We plan to make the Red Velvet into Cup Cakes. I am not Vegan but making it for those who are GF DF Vegan. Can you please share the Vegan Butter and Cream cheese you prefer to use.
I made your pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips last week. Wow they were amazing. First time using the King Arthur measure for measure flour. Baking changer for sure! Thank you

Hi Melinda, thank you for your comment! I can't wait to hear how you like the red velvet cupcakes! The vegan butters I love are Miyokos, Country Crock Plant Butter, and Earth Balance. My preferred vegan cream cheese is Miyokos or Kite Hill! Hope this helps! Glad you liked the pumpkin muffins!

I made these for my 10 year old grandson. He loves red velvet doughnuts and we couldn’t find any where we live.
He loved them. He and his three brother and sisters and my son are not vegan. My husband and I are.
They ate them all and had no idea they were vegan. They were delicious and my son who doesn’t want to eat
anything vegan was none the wiser! Also, they were super easy to make. Thank you for the recipe?
