This healthy vegan and gluten free banana bread is a filling breakfast treat that will taste as good as it is good for you!

Preheat the oven to 350
Mix together the bananas, vanilla, flax egg, butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Then, mix in the almond flour, oat flour, and quick oats until completely combined.
Pour the batter into a 9x5 greased metal loaf pan and bake for an hour and 10 minutes.

Posted on: May 20, 2020The flax seed meal provides moisture and density, it’s not really an “egg” texture. I’d recommend following the recipe but you can absolutely use regular dairy butter in place of vegan butter!
